How do you get on Ohsu MyChart?Patient information. We need some information to grant you a MyChart account. After you submit this request, it may take up to a week for processing and verification. When you’re approved, you will receive an email or a letter with your activation code and instructions on how to activate your MyChart account.
What time does MyChart open?MyChart users can request a video visit with a provider through MyChart during the hours of 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. On-demand visits allow you to be seen quickly for certain conditions. Users cannot choose the provider the visit will be with.
